If you're unhappy with your Happie Fusion purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or store credit — no questions asked.
We're a small team that genuinely cares about your experience. If Happie isn't working for you, we want to know and we want to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at orders@livehappie.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — whichever you prefer.
How to Request a Refund
Returns on Consumable Products
Due to the consumable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used items. However, you do not need to return the product to receive a refund.
Simply reach out and we'll take care of you. We'd rather you keep the product and get your money back than deal with a complicated return process.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle at no charge. To cancel, log into your account or email us at orders@livehappie.com.
Charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, but your order will be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). If we made a mistake, we cover everything.
